Our Exchange Policy:
If a DVD is defective, we will exchange it for the same title (within 14 days) no questions asked. However, you must contact our offices to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return the defective item at no cost to you. The RMA number must be on the outside of the package when you return it. 1 (8) XXX XXXX.
However, we do ask that you first contact our customer service division at: email@example.com or submit a trouble ticket with the problem you are having. In that E-mail, please include the following information:
A. Your sales order number;
B. The exact item number of the product;
C. An explanation of what player or system you were using;
D. A complete explanation of what went wrong (please be as specific as possible).
If the suggestion from the tech department doesn't work, then e-mail the tech support department. At that time, they will give you an RMA number. Then please follow the next steps:
For Domestic Returns: Please return the product with its box and labels (art cover) and mail it to our processing center with your RMA number clearly marked on the package.
For International Returns: Leave the product in its box or ship the Label enclosed with the item and mail it to our processing center, again, with your RMA number clearly marked on the package.
We regret that we cannot pay return shipping or postage. In addition, all International customers agree to be responsible for all fees and duties if the package is returned.
In either case, please include a note (also with your RMA number) explaining the problem. We will ship another one out the same day we receive it.
If a DVD has been opened, it cannot be returned.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order.
We don't want you to get what you don't want, so if you let us know right away (usually the order processing is underway 15 minutes after the order is received) then we will cancel it for you.
If the order has already begun processing and the credit card charge has been approved, and the order was not cancelled within 24 hours there is a 20 percent cancellation fee.
